What is our Bank Charge Reclaim Service?

We will have inituial contact with you and then advise whether we believe it is worthwhile making a claim for a refund of bank charges. If we do believe you have a good chance of a successful claim, then we can prepare your claim, which includes:

• Requesting a list of transactions and charges from your bank(s). Please note that under the Data Protection Act, the bank can charge £10 for this
• Create a spreadsheet of all the charges going back 6 years
• Calculate the total amount of the claim (plus interest) that you will be requesting to be refunded to you
• Write the letters on your behalf either to the bank, Ombudsman or Court, depending on what stage the claim is at
• Advise you on the next step and if an offer is made, whether we believe it is in your best interests to accept it

What is the Charge for this Service?

Our charging structure for the bank charge reclaim service is simple and fair:

• £25 admin fee payable AFTER our initial chat and once we believe it is worth you making a claim
• 15% of the total damages you are awarded, which is the refund amount plus any interest

N.B. The above amount are inclusive of VAT and there are no other 'hidden' charges.

The only work involved on your behalf if sending us copies of any statements and letters you receive (via post or email) and signing the letters we prepare for you.
